Shipping & Payment

All products in stock are dispatched within 1-2 working days. For custom products that need to be manufactured, the delivery time is extended so that they are dispatched within 1-7 bussiness days. This does not include the delivery time of the Post Office.

1. Payment

The following payment options are available:

• Bank Transfer
• Paypal
• with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)

2. Postage

All products are shipped via Post of Slovenia. This allows us to track the shipment and, if you wish, inform you of its location. The postage price for Slovenia is the same for all products in the online shop (4.00€) and is displayed in the shopping cart. For the rest of the world, the shipping fee and delivery time are calculated at Checkout. The cost of the shipping of our stationery is not found in the shop and depends on the weight of the package and the delivery address. You will receive a separate invoice with the shipping cost after the package is assembled and weighed.

Transit time:

• Slovenia: 1-2 bussiness days
• Europe: 3-7 bussiness days
• Rest of the world: 8-12 bussiness days

3. Refund

You can return undamaged and unused products to the address of the company (PEČAT, Urška Bračko s.p., Gradiška 1c, 2211 Pesnica pri Mariboru) within 14 days of purchase, and the company will refund the purchase price to your account. Postage costs are non-refundable. This does not apply to custom products that are made to order.
